We're going to see Alvin and the Chipmunks and I'm really excited because I know he's going to have so much fun!

You are such a sweet and thoughtful sister!!!! You really put a lot of thought into getting your brother gift that he would really enjoy!!!!

My tribe went to see the Chipmunk movie and said it's just adorable!

My positive is that it's only 4 more days till the boys are supposed to be moved out. LOL

Angie, what a great sister you are. That is a very thoughtful gift.

My positive for today is I cleaned up the computer/dog room. It kind of got away from me a little bit, but not any longer...Yay!!!

The "movie night" with Randy was awesome! He had a really great time and his laughter just made my day!

I recommend Alvin and the Chipmunks to anyone with children (or even if you just feel like seeing a cute movie). It was very entertaining and adorable. There was one point when Bren and I just looked at each other and said "That's Marty" because of something one of the chipmunks did that reminded us of him. It was adorable! :)

I've heard that it's a really cute movie! I'm glad that you had such a good time with your brother.

I'm glad you all had a great time at the movies. I love seeing things on the 'big screen.' We were talking about the chipmunks right before Christmas...usually we hear chimpmunk Christmas songs, but didn't hear any this year.

I had chemo yesterday and so far I feel fine on this lighter one. High on steroids right now so that helps I guess. I felt a little bad yesterday but I guess that was because I was at the hospital and the doctors office from 7:40 till 3:15 ant then at the pharmacy for 30 min. I only had a small breakfast at the hospital. Traci had called the doctor and left a message to call if I needed her to come and get me. Ang and Brendon took the kids to walmart to spend the christmas money and got my groceries so I didn't have to get out. I have wonderful kids.

I'm glad that things are better for you this time too. That was a really long time to be without food, maybe next time you need to pack a little something with you. It sounds like your kids are really taking care of you. You DO have wonderful kids!

Debbie I am so happy that these treatments are not as bad as the last ones. I agree with Diana though, maybe pack something to take with you next time. That is a long time to go without food.

My positive.......this is the 2nd day in a row that I've walked on the treadmill and lifted some weights. One day at a time.....

This is my positive too! I was so happy that Mom is having an easier time with this combination. :)

Tink 01-05-2008 05:52 AM

Yeah Debbie! I'm so glad you're not feeling as sick from this new chemo.
I have to agree your kids are very special and I'm sure they love you very much.

Janet 01-05-2008 05:53 AM

Debbie, I don't remember if you posted or not, but how often do you have to have the treatments you are taking now?

judy 01-05-2008 06:14 AM

I'm so happy for you Debbie that you're done with the "big" chemos.

You're in my heart.
