I hope you feel better soon Debbie. I just lit a candle for you.
Mom's temp is going up and down and she's really tired and has a few swollen glands. Please keep her in your prayers that this will go away quickly...
Please know that I have all of you in my prayers. She is wrapped in God's love.

Janet,
Thanks for the candles reminder. Here's the address again: http://www.gratefulness.org/candles/...l=eng&gi=DEBBI |
Hi mom!
Look at your candle page now. You are up to 12. I love you and am so proud of you. You have been so strong through all of this. I was so afraid that you would stop going when it got hard or you felt bad. Thank you for fighting this to be here for us. I have always known you were a strong woman, but mom this is above and beyond strong. Just because you have a bad day, week or even month It does not mean you are not a strong person. You have been such a role model for all of your kids especially us girls. You have raised five children alone, you beat the system that wants to hold you down and went to college (with kids), took classes to get a job and found a great one. You have always put us first and you last. Well, it's our turn mom. It doesn't make you weak to need us. It makes us happy to be able to do something to help. Please if we can do anything, even if it is the smallest little thing, it helps us to feel like we are needed. So let us know so we can have the joy of helping. I love you Traci |
What wonderful children you raised Debbie!
Traci, that is a beautiful tribute to your Mom. |

Continue supporting your mom the way you have , your mom will be back to herself in no time. She has a wonderful family, friends and a devoted community here at 4wt praying for her... She is going to be back to normal soon.

Debbie, I have a piece of paper that I hang in my bathroom by the mirror. It has the names of people that I pray :hands: for on a daily basis and you are on that list.
I know it can get really tough sometimes...but you are such a strong woman and we all know it by the way your daughters write about you. Please know we are here when you need us. You're in our thoughts and prayers every day. I just wanted you to know. Love ya!!! |
I keep getting a message that mom's page "is not found". Can someone else try and see if it is just me please?
Got it. Sorry to have wasted the post.
WOW, Debbie has 16 candles lit. Hope you're feeling better Debbie.

Thanks so much Diana. I hear a lot of negative things so it is very good to hear the positive. I have a lot of prayers in many different places and I trust that God is going to direct this surgery and the cancer will be gone. Sometimes the negative thoughts creep in but you ladies and my kids push them away.
Come on girls. There's only a couple of candles lit!!!!
I try to check it every couple days to keep one lit. You're always in my prayers Debbie.
Thanks Diana and Janet. I just lit a candle for our dear Debbie.
Thanks for the candles and prayers. They help so much. I had chemo Thursday and felt pretty tired last night but so far today I feel better. I have bloodwork every week now to check levels after the problems with the last chemo. Only one more on March 5th and then a 4-6 week break before surgery. After that treatments will depend on lab results. Probably radiation but I hope chemo is over--we'll see--but at least it is a break from it. God is in control!
And God always loves you.
Just lit another candle for you. Hope your last chemo goes well and that you are in complete remission!!!
I lit a candle for you. One more chemo is a blessing.
We are as happy about the Chemo almost being over as you are Debbie. You're in my prayers everyday.
Debbie, you know that we're all cheering and praying for you!!!! Keep your chin up!!!!
up to ten candles again!
Thanks so much for the candles guys. My grandkids almost made me cry. I love you guys. My white blood cells have been really low so I have felt really tired. I have to wear a mask when I go to the grocery store. I wear a mask at work and wear gloves when I handle the paperwork everyone else has touched. I think they are coming back up now since I am not as weak. Another blood test tomorrow so I will know Thursday. It's almost over!
Dear Debbie,
You have been so strong throughout this whole struggle. I'm glad to hear that you're feeling a bit stronger. Hang in there - Like you said, "It's almost over." My prayers are always with you. |
Debbie,
You can do it, I just lit candle # 17 for you. I'm keeping you in my Prayers. |
