Tink 11-06-2007 08:43 AM

My positive for this morning.

I got a call from a couple who saw the pups last weekend. They made an appointment to come back on Saturday and pick theirs out! They're torn between 2 and said they might have to take both so they each get their way. LOL (I wish!)

They've been looking for a long time and had seen many litters prior to mine. They said they hadn't seen any that looked as healthy, friendly or better socialized, so they decided to buy from me. :D Now THAT's what I like to hear!

That's great, Tink!!!! Your pups DO look nice and healthy and you have a reason to be proud!! You're a good breeder and people are seeing it!!!!

AngieDoogles 11-06-2007 11:41 AM

My positive is that I just got a wonderful email from my mom! And of course that we leave to get Maddie in three days...

rivermom 11-06-2007 03:54 PM

Hmmmmm today's kinda been a messed up day so I have to really think what my positive was............................................... .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ...................Got it! I talked to both my sons today and told them I loved them. :p

AngieDoogles 11-06-2007 04:07 PM

Sheryl, in one of my classes a few semesters ago, we had to say a positive at the beginning of every class. On days when it was difficult to think of one, the generic response was "I'm here" or "I'm alive". If you think about it, those in and of themselves are positives. So if you ever can't think of one...there ya go! :)

katepoet 11-06-2007 04:18 PM

Good ones, Angie.

Janet 11-06-2007 04:47 PM

It has been quite some time since I've been on this thread...so here goes. My positive for today is I've 'let something go' and will not let it interfere with my life anymore....

That's an excellent way to start the class off Angie. I think it's great also that you started this thread. Many of us can get wrapped up into our own personal issues/life that it fogs our ability to see our "positives". Thank you for the reminder to remember!!!!!! ( the day is still young so i will get back later with my positive. )

rivermom 11-07-2007 08:43 AM

Mandy dear, it has been since last Saturday since you've given us a positive. Get busy girl! LOL

Tink 11-07-2007 09:05 AM

My positive today is that

1. The wind has finally died down and the sun is out.

2. All of my remaining puppies have round fat bellies and are doing very well.

3. My son is so happy about being engaged that he bought his lady roses last night on his way home from work; which made her happy too! Young love is just fun to watch. LOL

Janet 11-07-2007 11:22 AM

My positive for today is that .....I'm alive

Talking to and seeing my bestest friend daily just makes my day, her and i talk about everything, and anything, i'm REALLY Blessed:thumbup:

AngieDoogles 11-07-2007 01:06 PM

I really enjoy reading everyone's positives. I think this is my favorite thread here. :) Keep 'em coming!

My positive: I'm giving a speech tonight and then I'll be a lot less stressed! Also, Brendon and I booked our hotel for when we go to NJ to pick up Maddie! We got a huge discount since Bren's dad works for a hotel chain. :)

Janet 11-07-2007 02:09 PM

I can also add that my son gave me the best hug before he went off to work. I really needed it.

rivermom 11-07-2007 02:17 PM

I too really enjoying reading this thread. Like Angie, it's my favorite too, and as she said "keep em coming".

My positive, let's see.....This morning I hugged my husband and really meant it. Does that make any sense at all? LOL It just felt gooooood. :p

katepoet 11-08-2007 10:56 AM

The leaves are still beautiful here in Virginia!

Janet 11-08-2007 11:26 AM

My positive for the day... my dogs just want to cuddle even more for some reason today.

They probably can sense that you're not feeling well today and want to give you some extra lovin'.

rivermom 11-08-2007 12:27 PM

The fur kids really do know when we are not at our best. Keep them by your side Janet, they will comfort you. Hugs.

Sure! Having the ability to process so much that makes absolutely no sense to anyone but those whom matter.

Do you mean that the water makes us pee when we laugh  or that the water makes us silly?
