A couple chocolate chip cookies I baked last night with skim milk
pork roast and a small potato from the slow cooker when I got home Probably some cereal and fruit later, although not all that hungry right now. Exercise, I stomped the streets of Baltimore fighting being blown over by the wind in heels all afternoon! |
Oatmeal, chicken noodle soup, salad and ice cream, lol!

lunch~ diet mountain dew dinner~ homemade chinese(lo mein, beef strips, shrimp, chinese veggies all in a homemade sauce) I really need to start eating better. |
1/2 an onion bagel with light cream cheese
medium hard boiled egg on low cal toast with light mayo and a little mustard celery and baby carrots Healthy choice old fashioned chicken noodle soup I also had skim milk with a choc chip cookie lol exercise, pilates DVD |
breakfast; peanut butter and glass of milk.
lunch. can of slimfast. supper: at Tandoori Grill in Boulder...chicken korma, dal soup, and some rice dessert that tasted exactly like Trix! |
I had an orange for breakfast and a salad and a sandwich for lunch. I was starving after work so I ate a bunch of chips before my guitar lesson so my stomach wouldn't be grumbling! Then a few hours later I ordered some pizza from pizza hut and ate 4 slices. I'm kind of hungry again so I think I'm going to eat some cucumber

Sort of naughty day...
Regular portion that I always have of Special K fruit and yogurt, with skim milk and pinch of sugar. tomato sandwich on low cal bread, light mayo and handful baked tortilla chips. a stick of celery and veggie dip 4 slices of pepperoni pizza (picked the smallest ones, with the smallest amount of meat out of the box and didn't eat the crusts lol) and water all day, 40 + minute Yoga DVD :thumbup: |

Lunch: taco dinner: chicken and macaroni salad snack: a few jelly beans, lol |
i don't eat the crust either on pizza.

Yesterday:
Breakfast - instant sugar free oatmeal, with soy milk, l slice low fat bread with health food peanut butter, coffee with splenda and fat free french vanilla coffeemate Lunch - coffee, fat free yogurt muffin (4 points) Dinner - egg drop soup, 4 steamed veggie dumplings Snacks - 2 chocolate caramel WW yummies (1 point each) l bag WW chips (2 pts.) Exercise - clicking on the computer mouse, reaching for and clicking the TV remote, walking to and from car. Let's pretend that I didn't have those two cheeseburger days last week when I just couldn't get to WW to get weighed in! |

for brunch, 1 1/4cup crispy rice (generic brand rice crispies lol only 130 calories wooo!) skim milk, 1 tsp sugar
and then I am still full from eating this around 6: http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e3...ookerChick.jpg garlic slow roaster chicken so tender it fell apart before it hit your plate, whole grain rice a roni brown rice, pearled barley and pearled wheat- chicken and herb. That is a picture of the other half's dinner though, cause I only had a leg and a tiny piece of breast, 1/2 cup rice as well as sliced beets cause I hate broccoli :thumbdwn: not sure what I will snack on a bit later.
