Since YT is down....Maddie...belonging to Denise517 from Muncie, Indiana. Here is a copy of the email between Denise and Jill Brooks.

OMG YOU GUYS, I NEED YOUR PRAYERS!!!!!!!!!

MADDIE WAS LET OUTSIDE IN OUR FENCED BACKYARD AT 8:10 LAST NIGHT. WHEN WE WENT TO LET HER IN LATER, ABOUT 15 MIN. SHE WAS GONE. IT WAS DARK, THE SIDE GATE WAS AJAR. I AM SOOOO HEART BROKE, SICK TO MY STOMACH, AND FEEL LIKE I JUST WANTA DIE. WE LIVE AROUND THE COLLEGE AND I'M SOOOO AFRAID THAT SOMEONE HAS TAKEN HER. WE WERE OUT ALL NIGHT LAST NIGHT, LOOKING EVERYWHERE, POSTING FLYERS, CALLED THE POLICE, CALLED THE RADIO STATION, THIS MORNING, I CALLED THE ANIMAL RESCUE PLACE, VETS, ANIMAL SHELTER, ETC.

YOU GUYS ALL KNOW HOW I FEEL ABOUT MADDIE AND I CANT IMAGINE MY LIFE WITHOUT HER. IT RAINED LIKE CRAZY ALL NIGHT HERE AND I'M JUST WORRIED SICK. ON MY FLYERS I PUT A MAJOR REWARD AND I'LL PAY WHAT EVER TO GET HER BACK.

I'M SO MAD AT MYSELF CAUSE I DONT KEEP HER TAGS ON UNLESS WE GO FOR A WALK, ETC. SO SHE IS TAG LESS. SHE ALWAYS GO OUTSIDE IN THE BACK YARD FOR 15 MIN OR SO AND ITS ALL BEEN PUPPY PROOFED, ETC.

I HAVE CRIED MY EYES OUT, PUKED, HAD ASTHMA ATTACKS, ETC. I AM JUST BESIDE MYSELF AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.... I NEED YOUR HELP BY PRAYING FOR HER.

I REALLY THINK SOMEONE TOOK HER. MAYBE THEY WILL BE NICE AND RETURN HER FOR A REWARD. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PRAY... I'LL KEEP YOU ALL INFORMED!!!!!

Oh Denise, I have tears running down my face!! I will pray very hard for her and you to make a great reunion for both of you. I pray that she will be safe and that if someone found her will be good to her and listen to their hearts and see the flyer or hear it on the radio and return her. Maybe someone will put an add in the Found section of the paper and I would encourage you to put one in he paper under Lost section. I know you take very very very good care of her and would just be sicker than sick if anything ever happened that you didnt see her again. Know that I trust you and feel your pain. I will say my prayers profusely for her/you. Please call or email me when you get her back, because I have a good feeling you will.

This story gave me chills. I am deeply sorry to hear this about Maddie, i dont think i know denise, but i can only imagine what that poor lady is going through, my heart goes out to her, and her baby.
I certainly hope, and pray that someone with a honest heart, and soul will bring Maddie back to her mom.

Please keep us posted if you can Janet, i hope many more YT people will read this.

Omg! I cant believe this. How sad. I will say a prayer for her. I hope that she comes back soon!

I just called Denise, didn't talk long, she can't quit crying..she is heartbroken. She lives near the college and I told her to contact the college and see if they could get the word out to the dorms. She hadn't thought of that.....so please pray that the college admins. will do this for her. Most college students are great and willing to help. Please keep them in your prayers...it has been raining hard here last night and today and Maddie is not use to being outside.

You are in our Prayers i hope you find her soon! We will be here for you even though YT is downyou have friends here to.

OH I am so sorry I will keep Maddie in my prayers. And hope for her return safe and sound.

Im sure if they all help, and talk/ask who ever they see, and show a picture of Maddie, someone will come forward. Thats what im hoping for!

As soon as I hear anything at all, I will post it in this thread!! I just can't quit crying for Denise...she loves her Maddie so much. I wish I could just quit my job and run to Muncie to help her. Denise is such a wonderful person and I was lucky to meet her and her family at our meet-up last May. We kept corresponding thank God,... she is such a great friend. My heart is aching for her so bad.

Just got a call from Denise...an animal shelter called her...there is a dog matching Maddie's description, down to the butterfly clip in her hair...under a car, but the dog won't come to anyone and they don't want to frighten her. Denise is on her way and will call as soon as she finds out for sure it's Maddie!

This just has to be her!!

I have to go get my dinner ready, but i will be back ASAP to find out any news.

OMG, i hope it's her & that's she stays put until mommy gets there. Poor thing must be terrified.

I just can't seem to do anything but pace, come and type...go pace and come back and type. It just has to be her!!! Please God...let it be Maddie.

You bet Rebecca...I am just so thrilled!! I just want to hug Denise so bad and to hold little Maddie.

As soon as I hear anything else, I'll let you know. I did send this link to Denise, so maybe she'll post in a bit. I'm sure she is taking care of her little Maddie's immediate needs and just afraid to put her down.

Hello! I'm so thrilled I'm practically doing cartwheels here! Little Maddie has been found and is back in Denise's arms. She was under a car and no one could get her to come out, but when Denise got there and said, "Maddie, it's Mommy," Maddie came running right to her! Denise says she's a mess...full of burrs and mats something awful, but we can live with that. She's safe and back where she belongs and Praise the Lord! I called Villette and told her so if she can get on YT, she'll do an update. I can't get on there yet. It allows me to sign in, but then I get the note about the server being changed.

So, my friends...this is a happy ending and I am so happy. I just couldn't imagine life without Maddie for Denise. She told me last night she just knew she'd never see her again. Thank goodness!

I'll get this sent so you all can breathe easier and if any of you can, you can post an update!

Thank you so much Connie. I haven't cried this much in quite a time. Tears of so much sadness and now tears so full of joy. Thank you God for yet another miracle. Our babies mean the world to us and you know this.

OMG YOU GUYS, I GOT A CALL FROM THE ANIMAL SHELTER SAYING THEY HAD A DOGGY THAT MATCHED MADDIES DESCRIPTION BEHIND THE NORTHWEST PLAZA (WHICH IS A WAYS AWAY FROM MY HOUSE) AND THAT SHE WAS UNDER A CAR NOT HURT BUT WOULDNT COME TO THEM. SHE WOULD RUN OVER TO THEM STAND ON HER BACK LEGS WITH PAWS UP THEN TAKE BACK OFF..... I GOT IN MY CAR AND FLEW OVER THERE...I GOT DOWN, LOOKED UNDER THE CAR AND SAID...MADDIE ITS MOMMA AND IT WAS LIKE A SCENE FROM A MOVIE...SHE RAN TO ME AS FAST OF THOSE LITTLE LEGS COULD GO AND JUMPED IN MY ARMS.....I' CANT BELIEVE I GOT MY BABY BACK...POOR LITTLE GIRL. IT WAS POURING DOWN RAIN ALL NIGHT AND SHE WAS OUT IN IT.. SHE IS A TOTAL MESS HAS HUGES MATTES ALL OVER, STICKS, MULCH, BURRS, ETC. I DONT EVEN CARE. I'VE RUBBED HER DOWN WITH COWBOY MAGIC AND WILL WAIT A FEW HOURS BEFORE I TRY TO TACKEL IT. I JUST WANT HER TO LAY ON ME WRAPPED UP IN HER BLANKET AND SLEEP. SHE WON'T LET ME OUT OF HER SITE. SHE ATE GOOD. I COULD TELL SHE WAS SOOOOOOOO SCARED. SHE IS SO HAPPY TO BE HOME...THANKS FOR ALL THE WONDERFUL PRAYERS. I'LL WRITE MORE LATER, JUST NEED TO SPEND SOME TIME WITH MY BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't understand how some of us can get on YT and others can't. Guess it doesn't really matter....Maddie is home, that's what matters..

I hear ya! I'm happy to toggle back and forth passing on messages until all is up and running.
