When i checked in this am, there were quite a number of new posts.
I guess with winter coming along again, we all have a bit more time to spend on here, it's great to see you all posting again :thumbup: :thumbup:

Thanks Diana and Mandy..I miss being here. I was just so negative still am and I don't like spreading that around, ya know. But I do feel better that I've checked in here more and more. For some strange reason, I was spending a lot of time on YT, not posting much really, just reading.

It's gonna take me forever to read and catch up.

Janet, girl... you are our friend, this is a place for EVERYONE to tell whatever is keeping them busy, and we dont interpret that as negitive, but as someone that trusts us enough to share with.
If only you know how many laughs you give me, with your sense of humor, and the way you put things - i have really missed that, and i'm glad to see you are back! :thumbup: :thumbup: ;)

We understand completely Janet. You know you can tell us anything you want (or leave out anything you don't feel comfortable saying). I usually read rather than post on YT as well. It's just SO big and I don't feel like I know anyone there... I can find myself reading for hours and hours though if I don't have other things to do.

I realized I can't do YT and 4WT, so I chose 4WT. I sometimes get involved in something on YT, but not much.

That's how I feel about YT too. It's so big that I can't read it all and so much of it is the same thing over and over. I tried to really get in and post and make friends when I first joined but still never felt as though I was making friends. Once I found 4WT that was it. I found my niche!!!!

Janet, this is THE place for you to come and let us know what's going on. We all need a friend to confide in and we are here for you. I love the fact that I can tell all of you my secrets and I don't have to worry that it will be spread through the town in a few days. I can complain and gripe all I want to!!! And so can you!!!!

It's not that I don't want to confide in my best lady friends here...it's just that when I let these negative vibes start....they seem to take over and I don't want them dominating my life. I have too many blessings (like all of you here) to dwell on the negative, but once the door is open it's very hard to shut sometimes..

I do know what you mean. It seems like once you get to complaining about something that all you see is negative in it. I have problems with being that way it's just not on here.

That's exactly how I felt too Diana! I really tried at first, but it just seems your posts get lost in all of the activity. Unless you can be there 24/7, I doubt anyone would ever even remember your name....4wt is definitely my niche as well!

Janet, I understand about feeling negative and opening a door you can't seem to close. Maybe you could try to post something good from you life at least once a week to help you stay positive? We could all use a little more positive, right? ;)

No, we just all happened to be members there because of our cute little babies. There's a thread about 4wt so I guess all of just happened to see it at different times. Whenever YT shuts down you'll notice that the traffic here goes up drastically. It's pretty funny.

LOL ~ i remember too well the few days YT was going through changes, how busy it got here!!

I found YorkieTalk after I got my little yorkie, Reuger, and had some questions. It did a great job of answering my questions and more but I enjoy talking about a lot more than my little dog. When 4WomenTalk started it was announced on YT so I decided to try it out and found that I really enjoy the slower pace, fewer friends, and not talking ALL the time about my dog!!! People remember who I am here where on YT I felt like part of a huge crowd. I had a few that knew me personally but I wasn't missed when I left. That's one thing about being on here I can be gone for a few days and someone is going to be checking on me. That makes me feel special!!!!

You ARE special Diana! :hug: And don't you forget it! There are so many people on this site I would love to meet and Diana, you definitely are one of them.

Very true Diana. The atmosphere here is a lot different, that's for sure! I also like that people notice when you are gone. I could not sign onto YT for a year and no one would know or care. lol.

Like Janet said, you are VERY special Diana! There are lots of members I'd love to meet in person as well. I wish there was some way we could have a huge get together and meet everyone...but that's the sad thing about the internet--you "meet" all of these wonderful people and then never get to "meet" them.

At least we will always have our little chat board, right? :)

Diana, you are very special to all of us, as are all the other ladies. I miss, and worry about you all if i havent seen someone around for a few days.

I haven't looked out there for other Boston owners - you all inspire me.

I'm guilty of not posting much. I am a member of so many other forums...I really let this one slide :( I'm sorry. honestly tho, i quit posting here much because it seemed so slow.

I have also noticed it picking up lately. I will start doing better...I promise :)

We all need "girl" time Mandee, thats why i love this place, and wont give up on it, even when it's slow. You can come here and talk about "whatever" these ladies are great friends :)

yep...exactly. every one of the ladies here have only been extremely loving...this is certainly a great place to "hang out" :)
