Let's talk fragrance....
 

I've been wearing Nina Rici's L'Air du Temp for years now and I just can't find anything that I like better. It kinda' reminds me of baby powder... nice and soft.

Hubby wears Grey Flannel and I could just eat him up!!!

What are your favorites?

I wear the Calgon body spray morning glory it smells so fresh and clean!! i love when my hubby wheres curve or lucky!

I used to love perfume but now sometimes it's gives me a headache. So now I usually just do body wash and scented moisturizer. I did smell Burberry London perfume last week and it was really nice on.

That's why I like the L'Air du Temps. It's so light. Really strong or spicy scents give me a headache and my stomach a little queasy.

I've always liked a light musk for myself...hubby doesn't wear anything very often........OBVIOUSLY!! HA HA

I love Rockin Rio and Island Kiss by Escada. I love the way they smell!

Tommy Girl by Tommy Hilfiger, and my new Light Blue by Dolce and Gabbana! YUM!

Do you guys remember a perfume called ghost mist it smelled like the perfume sunflowers i love that scent!

My all-time favorites for ME are Burberry Brit and Burberry London. For everyday, I like Cherry Blossom body splash by Bath & Body Works.

For hubby, my all-time favorite is Lacoste. I can't stay away from him when he wears it. ;) It's my FAVE!

The only one I wear and have worn for about 15 years now is Estee Lauder's Beautiful!!!!
I have tried others, and I always end up giving the bottle away because it just never smells right on me! Oh well!!!

So Beautiful is my favorite!!!!

For years I have been wearing "Red Door" by Elizabeth Arden.

I also like Anaiis Anaiis (not sure if that is spelled correctly) and I can't recall who makes this one either. :confused:

I also like Curious by Britney Spears, it's real soft and feminine (my daughter got me hooked on this one)

Those two are my favorites also!! I also wear Channel #5.

I am allergic to most fragances, the only one I can wear and do love is Victoria Secrets, Heavenly I use the whole line of bath and body.

You young women just amaze me. You know so much about so many different items. I guess I was just never that interested or something. I know I like a light musk, but couldn't tell you the name of any or any other perfume for that matter right off the top of my head. I've never worn that much of it. And when it comes to all the different products in the other posts (hair care, bath) ...I've never heard of most of them. I think it's so great, but I feel so dumb!! :)

I use BCBG 'Sexy' and I love it, I also have Curious by Britney Spears but I hardly ever use it.

I like a few different ones. I have Eternity, Samsara, and the original Liz Claiborne. Most of the time I am always wearing Samsara! My husband wears Allure.

We must have twin noses, too!

Channel #5 is the only other one I wear!!! For some reason I tend to save it for special occasions. The Nina Rici is the one that I wear every day so I have all the shower gels, powder, lotion, etc. I just buy the Channel parfum and lotion.

Dumb??? Yet you built a house in 7 weeks! I think not! You just know about different things.

for some reason i like to smell like candy , so the perfume i wear is
from aquolina and the name is pink sugar, it smells like cotton candy, i also
wear angel, it smells like chocolate. anything sweet and smells like you wanna
eat it, i wear it....

i use the new avon perfume (crystal aura) and it last all day and i get compliments everywhere i go :)

I wear Red Door, Red, and Happy by Clinique! I love perfume! These are what I wear now, but I'm always sniffing to find my next favorite!

I wear Pleasure now. But I had a free sample of Heavenly from Victoria Secrets, that will be my next purchase. I love it.

i wear Pleasures by estee lauder, pink sugar by aquolina, goddess by baby phat (kimora lee), and my new fav. is be delicious by donna karan. i have always been a Pleasures girl it just smells so good on me my mom just goes on and on that i should only wear that smell as my signature smell but i like variety. but i smelled the donna karan be delicious and i begged my hubby to get that for me for christmas. it has a green apple fruity smell at first then it dries down to a SEXY SEXY SEXY light musk and amber. my hubby said it made him salivate it smells so good.i am trying to start a candle business from my home and i have been making a lot of perfume type candles so the ones i really like i'm hoping i get for xmas!!! my hubby only wears cologne when i chase him down with it!!!:rolleyes: but my favs. on him are eternity, nautica sport, and pleasures for men. now he does use the tag and axe body products-he calls it his "ho juice":rolleyes: :D :D

I think you are the only other person that I have known that like Samsara!! I LOVE it!!! I also use to love Channel. After I got pregnant my taste changed. It was a good year after I had my daughter before I wore Samsara again!

I could gain weight just from the smell, I could never wear those...LMAO !!!

My mother use to wear something called Topaz, I think. It was so awful that when ever you were near her you could actually taste it. Plus I think she put on way more than she should have.....gross.

I quit wearing cologne. I used to wear it all the time, since high school or before (back then it was Heaven Scent). Pleasures and Dazzling Gold by Estee Lauder were my most recent favorites. Before that Obsession. The problem is I would start wearing one and get lots of complements from friends and family, then after a while, my children would complain about the scent. They didn't like it. I hated the thought that their memories of my smell would be something they did not like, so I just stopped using anything at all. Saves money, too and doesn't bother those around me who are alergic. I might try some of the Bath and Body Works sprays since they were mentioned here. They would probably be lighter and not as potentially offensive to others.

My husband is a Polo and Aramis adict. He uses them all the time and gets lots of complements.

I've been wearing it since the first time I smelled it ...I actually followed a woman who was walking thru my office and stalked her till she told me what she was wearing :) :) :)

Men LOVE this perfume ...when I said it smells like Gold ...that was a direct quote from a hot guy at a convention when I was wearing it a few years back ...I'm on my 3rd or 4th bottle of it now - I LOVE that stuff !

I have to agree with khardy57 as I love RED. It's truly my absolute favorite scent.

I totally forgot Red - i was addicted to that scent for a few years - I love it too :)

I like Japanese cherry blossom from bath and body, my b/f wears Paul Sebastien for men. I think it smells wonderful.

You all are so knowledgeable about fragrances!! I never had the extra money to purchase any so I ended up with the cheap stuff as gifts. I really need to get out more and start smelling......the perfumes....LOL:)

I have the perfect solution - go to the counters and get samples - I used to tell them I needed them for my yorkies and would clean UP - the ladies always thought it was so cool my dogs wear perfume and would give me samples of all the good stuff - I would tell them if it smelled great on my dog 2 days later then I'd buy it - and I DID - I have over 30 bottles of perfume now and that's down from when I worked full time - I had more.
