Favorite Vacation spots.
Mine would be Madra Beach Florida. Have only been there once and that was last year. Would go back again in a heartbeat if we had the money.

My most afforadable vacation spot is Destin, FL. I love it there. However, the most extravagant vacation I've been on was a cruise around the coast of Alaska. Man, that was one amazing vacation!

I love love love to go to Spain for a vacation, had some very great vacations there, but my all time favourite is Austria!!!! :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

The Greek Islands are incredible!!! You'll never see such beautiful water anywhere! Spain is also amazing! This is too hard!! The French and Swiss Alps are also hard to beat. There are so many amazing places in this world!!! I love to travel!!

Florence, Italy. The entire city is living, breathing art.

I LOVE the Smokey Mountains! Only been during summer months but now that the boys are older, I want to go during the winter time one of these days.

My older sister and BIL have been on an Alaskan cruise 3 times and they LOVE it! One of these days, hopefully, Sam and I can join them - they are always talking about how beautiful it is.

We've not been able to go far or any where luxurious, but we really had a great time at Disney in Florida.

Oh wow to be able to travel to some of the places mentioned would be a dream come true. I've lived in Indiana my whole life and have only been to Florida (but had to drive through Kentucky, Tennesse and Georgia). I've been to Texas, (loved it there), but that's been it. I would love to visit another country, but with all the terrorist stuff going on, I would be too afraid. Maybe a cruise someday, but I'm not gonna hold my breath. :)

Ohhhhh I lOVE vacations. The past two years we've been to Destin Florida, Jamaica, and Puerta Vallarta. Each one we had a blast at and I can't wait to return!!!

Janet you must go on a cruise, I have been on two and am planning my third for next summer. They are wonderful , once you go on a cruise you want to do several... I also love Las Vegas, will go back in a heartbeat. My big dream is to go to Italy, God willing someday after college tutitions are finished . lol

I would love to go on a cruise!!!! My mother has been on several and loved it. I think she loved the food more than anything....LOL I tried to get my husband and son to go on a Disney Cruise when my son was younger, but neither wanted to go, or on any other cruise for that matter. I'll just keep saving my pennies and when I have enough, go alone!!!:)

I would love to go on a cruise to Alaska! My SIL went and said it was amazing! We went on a cruise to Bermuda and I loved it. I guess the next cruise will be the Disney. Not very romantic if you ask me!:rolleyes:

Maui, went for our honeymoon & it was paradise. Would love to go back, if fact I'd love to live there.

Great idea!!! The farthest person away (Mandy, that's you!!)...needs to figure out a way to get to the states here too. It's always so fun to meet people that you've chatted with for so long.

Mom and I were trying to find something to plan to do that would just be women only. My step-dad and hubby go on guy only fishing trips all the time. We want to go and do something fun that they can't be involved in. We were thinking about a cruise or spending a few days in NY, Cali., Vegas or Reno. That would be cool if we planned a cruise for everyone to go on. They normally give a discount if you book in bulk.

A cruise would be so fun, but there is no way I could even think about going until summer. I don't get vacation time, since I have summers off. If I had a sub for a week, not only would I lose a weeks pay, but I'd have to retrain all the kids on the bus....not fun!

I think prices are less expensive during the summer also. People normally like to go on cruises during the winter to get away from the cold so summer rates are less expensive. Also it would give time for people to save up some money.

I'm definatly planning on visiting the States sometime in my life!!!! Wish i was born with a "golden spoon in my mouth"!! LOL :p
