I'm Confused (Yet again)!
I'm confused. When I go to put a greeting on your profiles, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't (like my brain, at times)
So, I go to a site like JellyMuffin.com or Imikimi.com I choose Graphics I pick one out I don't know which address to copy so that the image gets pasted on your profiles. |
Judy, I use the IMG links to post...does that help?
|
It might. I have to see if I can find it under the graphics. It's so hard to know when one address end and another begins.
|
Here's the text under the graphic I like. Which part do I use?
<center><a href="http://www.zwani.com/graphics/angels/"><img src="http://images.zwani.com/graphics/angels/images/morningblueovalangels.gif" alt="zwani.com myspace graphic comments" border=0></a><br><a href="http://www.zwani.com/graphics/angels/" target="_blank">Myspace Angel Graphics</a></center> |
<center><a href="http://www.zwani.com/graphics/angels/"><img
|
They won't work here in the open forum though, only on the profile pages.
|
It worked on my profile page...yay Judy!!!
|
Judy I just left click on the image and hit copy, then when I'm ready to post I hit paste onto the persons profile page.
|
And that works? Why the heck am I working so hard then...
|
Isn't been working for me, and I'm clueless when it comes to puters.
Taking the girls in to the groomer in the AM, don't want to, but their hair is so long and it's getting warm here. Will see how I feel about in when I get up, you know me..:p |
Well post some pictures of the girls after their grooming, it's been a very long time for pictures. I trimmed my Joey up good last weekend. I loved his hair, but it is a little thick and he gets hot so easily. After I made that first cut, I thought, what the heck am I doing, but he's more comfortable and IT WILL grow out.

Okay - I'm still asking the same question. Janet, Thanks for your posts 4 and 5, but I have no idea what you're talking about. I did find a site that specifies an address for forums. That[s the one I used for that green friendship graphic. The one above is from a different site and a different graphic. How do I get that graphic on the profile pages? |
I bet Katcarasella will help you, she helped me. I am still working on it. Good Luck

Kat? |
Go to your profile page, R click on a pic that someone sent to you and r click to copy, go back to profile page and find me, post a message and in that box paste it.
|
Look what I found on the DazzleJunction.com site.
How do I copy? Use your mouse to highlight what you want to copy and then right click and select copy. Alternatively, you can go to your browser menu and select edit and copy. *On this site when you are copying a code, just scroll your mouse over the box where the code is and it will automatically highlight what you need to copy. Once you see that the code is highlighted, follow the instructions above to copy. How do I paste? Once you copy the code, you are ready to paste it where you want it to be. Go to the place where you want it and right click and select paste. Alternatively, you can go to your browser menu and select edit and paste. What you copied will now be where you want it. On this site, which code (under the image) do I copy? In most cases it will be the first code under the graphic. It is the HTML code for comments, websites and blogs. The only time you would use the second code is when you want to post it in a forum using the IMG code. |
Thanks Donna. It works if I cut and paste. I still want to know which code to use.
I'm a nerd. |
When you upload a picture you have to r click and r click again then copy it, go back to your profile page and click on the persons post that you want to send to and in the send message click paste.
|
I'm sorry I wasn't able to help you much...guess when it's the two of us together ....no wonder...LOLOL.
