I freaking love makeup! i live and breathe it.., if i didnt have it i'd look so dead and pale! :)

LOL!! I'm the same way - can't leave my house without at least mascara and blush (and that's if I'm just going to the store!). It is a rare day when I don't have any on at all - and those are the days I'm usually either sick or have a migraine.

I love makeup too but i have to find a good brand to get. i always just get the drugstore brands.

I've been loving the Bare Minerals line for a couple of years now. I think they are fabulous! If you shop at drugstores, I've seen where there are different brands coming out with similar mineral based products.

Has anybody tried them?

Same here! I refuse to leave my apartment without at LEAST a bit of eyeliner on or SOMETHING! I look like I'm seriously ill when I go au naturel! I love how makeup can totally transform someone... My bf says I don't need makeup - shows what he knows - even when he thinks I'm NOT wearing makeup, I probably am wearing at least a little bit ;)

I have an Ulta store in my neighborhood that I go to and they carry the full line. Sephora also carries the line, but the closest one is about a half hour from me.

I'm really tactile, so I don't buy online, but they have a website.

OK ladies I bet I am more addicted than you........waiting for a package delivery.....did not have time for mascara.....etc......doorbell rings......wrapped a towel around my head and put on sunglasses before answering the door:p :p :p

The young man did not tarry.......ran to his truck and sped off.....but at least he did not see me without eye makeup:p :D :rolleyes:

I think I can one-up you.... :p If I wasn't expecting anyone and wasn't 'dressed' I wouldn't have answered the door....:cool:

ok you got me there, but i love make up a lot i really do, i have a really big collection of MAC makeup.. my train case is almost full ;)


but i have tried bare minerals and i didnt like it.. right now im on shiseido and i like it.. and now i just started wearing prescriptives foundation (virtual skin) and im really enjoying it..

i cannot wait till the end of this month or beginning of october cause studio mists are coming out from MAC and im excited!

I don't have bags full of make up, i used to when i was younger, but kind of grew out of that habit. But i never leave the house without eye shadow, eye liner, mascara and lipstick LOL

I have to wear it but some mornings, I HATE the thought of putting it on.

OH! I love make up too!!

I use Bare Minerals for my foundation... and use MAC for my eyeshadows, mascara, eyeliners, and primer.

LOVE IT!

I was using Mary Kay and still love their products, but in February I had a chance to use Bare Minerals and have made the switch. I hate cream/oil foundations and Bare Minerals is almost like wearing nothing at all. Love it. I still use my Mary Kay eye liners, shadows and mascara but I'm running out :(

OOOOHHHHH!!! I love bare minerals also!!! I am a redhead and very fair with sensitive skin so when I tried bare min. I totally vowed never to go back to that nasty crisco-feeling liquid base again! I used to hate looking orange with a base line on my neck all the time. using the powder has erased my blotchy red spots i used to get on my cheeks...i've evn goten my mom and mil to using it too.:D

BTW...pardon all my typos i'm recovering from a really bad sinus headache-i just got a leafblower and was working in the yard yesterday and didn't even think about using a dust mask and boy am i paying for it now:rolleyes:
