i'm back :)
 

Sorry everyone for worring you guys, i'm back, the internet been down at work since the 24th of December they finally fixed it today.
Been doing ok, except for my dentist, have two root canals to get done and one tooth that needs refilled, so im in alot of pain :( and i had to run Micah to med express yesterday cause of his one ear again has fluid built up again, so never ending with doctors here...
so how the hell is everyone, I MISS YOU GUYS !!!!
Christmas was ok but we all got that stomach flu that was going around, when i get some time i'll upload Micah's pictures, he had a blast.. i'm so happy ....

Haley, So glad your back. We have missed you soooooooooooooo Much.
Darn those root canals. I know those are no fun. I'll be praying for you.
Glad Micah had a good Christmas. Can't wait to see the pics. Take Care of yourself and Micah. Hope 2009 is tons better for you and your family.:wavey:

Thanks hun, glad to be back and do hope 2009 is better, at least i can't eat with my mouth hurting so much, i lost 3 lbs already.. so i can handle it.. i just hate those darn needles and the shots... he got me on some good pain pills so i'll live :D

Thanks Diana, i'll send you my address and phone, where is janet i know she was worried about me too... have to tell her i'm back.. and i'll get you pictures really soon, i'll be off work tom and monday there going to finish up my one root canal.. so that will be out of the way and i have two more teeth they have to take care of if i have enough dental insurance to cover all this crap. can't believe this is happening all at once... i'm falling apart over here...

Haley, girl, soooooo glad that you are back!!! Whew, we were all so worried that something had happened when you didn't show back up after the New Year. Hope all goes well with your dental treatments. How are things at work? Are things a little more stable there? Sorry to hear that Micah is still having problems with his hears. Hope spring brings him some relief!!!!!

Glad to be back Marilyn, things are the same at work, just holding my breath thru this bad time, just Thanking God that i still have a job, and Mike is working good.. so hopefully good times are ahead.. scrap prices are going up some, but sales are slow, if the car business picks up that will help us, i heard on the news that Obama is trying to help the mills out some, so we have to wait and see what he does, i just know hard times are still ahead so i'm just taking it one day at a time..

Sorry to hear about your dental work. I'm waiting to get a crown put on myself - NOT FUN!!!!!

Thanks Gayle, the cold weather is making my tooth very painful, and i have no choice but to be outside for awhile at work to get my samples, i just took another pain pill so hopefully it will help, haven't been sleeping good my tooth just thumps at night... :(

Again, I'm so sorry Haley - tooth pain really hurts - it's one of my least favorite things to have to deal with. I'm a real baby though!

Haley, isn't there something better your dentist can give you for the pain? You really shouldn't have to suffer like that...at work or at night. I hope you start feeling better quickly.

Thanks Janet, the cold air is really making it worse... i'm going to call in a min. but i have other issues on that side of my mouth too, i have a cavity under one of my fillings that could also be causing the pain. oh i rather go thru labor pains again than to put up with this.. but one good thing i can't eat much... so maybe i'll drop some of the pounds i gained over Christmas... oh boy !!!!

I hope things get better, Haley. That's not a fun way to lose weight, but then again, is there a fun way to lose weight?

Only if fruit tasted like chocolate! :D hopefully Friday he can finish that side of my mouth so i can get some relief from this pain... i can't take another sleepless night.

Haley Welcome Back!! You were missed... Glad to see you back and posting. Sorry about the root canals I know they are no fun.. But girl you take care of your teeth. I had 6 implants done within the last few mts. and other fun stuff.. so root canal to me is nothing. Be brave, I have to admit the implants didnt hurt at all when he placed them.. Just very expensive.. Judy and I both are going through this process.. I hope that your feeling better soon.....

Gina the root canal wasn't that bad, its just the pain that followed, still sensitive to cold, i think the tooth behind it is going to need one too, hopefully not, well see i go back Friday for about 3 more hours at the dentist office :( there going to redrill my back tooth cause there is a cavity under my filling and fit me for my crown, and if i have any more insurance money left over i have to get another crown that cracked... this stinks cause its only January and all my dental insurance will be used up. so i'm screwed for the rest of the year if something else happens..
but it needs done...
i dont understand i go every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned. and they didn't see the cavity under that tooth or my cracked crown until now... i could of had some of this done last year.. after all of this is done i'm going to another dentist im not to happy with this one..:mad:

I'm in the same boat Haley. I had to have a new crown put on (will finish the first of Feb), then I had the same thing as you, a tooth with a cavity under an old filling that has to be redone. Then I had part of a filling in ANOTHER tooth that came out and has to be replaced. I will have used up all my dental insurance for the year with these three procedures. I'll have to keep my fingers crossed that nothing else happens until next October (when my new year starts again).

I know what you mean its only January and i'll have all my insurance used up for the year were allowed 2,000, and i'm going to use it all soon, my root canal was 700.00 and i paid 20%, now i need two more crowns and a tooth filled and maybe another root canal.... oh this stinks....

At least you girls have dental insurance to help out!!! We don't have dental coverage and only major medical to cover us because we're self employed. We try to stay on top of our dental care with checkups every year. My husband complains but he still has his teeth!! :) Just be glad that you have the coverage that you do.

Diana the dental isn't all that great believe me, for the money you pay. you get one root canal and its used up, root canal 700.00 the crown wil be about 500.00 max per year for one person is 2,000....
