The Tooth Fairy visits Kassidy

1 Attachment(s)
Kassidy had a baby tooth pulled, and Jessie told her that the Tooth Fairy would still come. Kass is 9, and pprepared a note, a bracelet, and a camera with instructions for Flossie (the Tooth Fairy has a name ya know).

Not only did Flossie take a picture of herself, she left real fairy dust on Kass, in her room, and even on Rocky, the littlest Yorkie, and a long letter!

I wish I had a tape recorder going when Kass got on the phone and read me the letters, told me the story, and all of her thoughts on it!!!

Jessie is such a great Mom!!!

Awww, I need a little girl.

My boys just come up to me and give me their tooth and say I want my dollar.

Jesse is a wonderful mother :love033:

I found the Tooth Fairy notes when I was pregnant with Jessie, 39 years ago! They were in a little Womens' Guild shop for a hospital. I had never heard of Tooth Fairy notes before. They were little printed stories about Flossie, the Tooth Fairy, and what she did with your teeth, etc. Jessie loved these, and when she had Mackenzie, I still had some left. She used these until she ran out, and them started making her own for the kids. I love that she has kept the tradition, Brandon's Tooth Fairy is Tom!

Now, you can do these things online, like the picture, so Jessie has updated things. Kass is our last little one for now, so we are enjoying these things so much!

Judy, that is so cool!

When we are young, we have such big plans, and think we need so many things to make us happy. It really seems to all boil down to things like seeing our grandchildren enjoy the Tooth Fairy tradition!

What a good idea. My nephew has just been losing his teeth and telling everyone who will listen, it is such a big deal for them. Jessie did a great job Judy.
