Hey!! Where Is Everybody????
 

Is everyone busy or what????? LOL This place is getting to be a ghost town. I know we have our slow periods, but this period is REALLY slow.

I'm here, been enjoying the weather.

I've been wondering where everyone is too! I guess they've got a lot going on right now. I hope they come back soon, I miss hearing from everyone.

Hi! I've been busy. My surgery was postponed until Monday. Right now I'm waiting for the vet, who is making house calls since her office was flooded. Max has a rash - probably from bug bites. Hopefully not fleas!

I'm going over to Jessie's afterwards. She hurt her neck and the kids are home with a stomach virus. Mackenzie got her cast off yesterday.

Everything is quiet, and I love it! It is a little boring, actually, but I will find things to do. I have always loved time alone to do whatever I want. The weather is still warm, so it has been good getting around. I just wish gas was not so expensive. Driving around the area and seeing the devestation is something! Mother Nature is such a strong force! I should take pix. It is quite amazing, and also heartbreaking to see.

How is the weather in Texas? I heard something bad yesterday, but I do't remember what it was.

Janet, you sound good. I know you miss Mom, but all of the stress is over, and you do sound much better. She is watching over you, smiling. You are a wonderful daughter.

I sincerely hope everyone isn't spending all their time on FB. I'm there a lot, but I come here more...there just isn't a whole lot to say right now and there hasn't been many posts. It's also been kind of slow for news around home here too. That may be a good thing...lol....I don't know.

I'm here.....barely!!! My days have been so busy taking care of Dean. There really hasn't been much to post about.

I have been on FB a little more. It's so easy to just click on "like" or to post a little something.

I'm leaving next week to go to Seattle to see my son Dustin, and DIL, Joy. I'm gonna stay almost 2 weeks, so I think I'll take my computer with me. I'll do better...don't give up on me! Y'all are MY GIRLS:D

Working, school and trying to get my new business running. I do pop in here from time to time but then I have to hit the books. School is getting harder now.

That is great Judy that you have a Vet that will come to your home. It's bad of course that her office was flooded, but I've heard that in some of the bigger cities there are mobile Vets and I think that would be so convenient.

Hope Jessie and the kids are feeling better.


I've been on FB quite a bit too Diana and it really is easier, but I miss reading about everyone. I bet Dean really keeps you busy and on your toes.

I must have missed something....what new business? I'm sorry to have to ask if you've already told. This on brain gives me fits once in awhile...lol. School is much more important, but I do hope you can come here often....you're missed when you don't.

Yes, Dean keeps me going!! I try to get on when he takes a nap but then I don't get much housework done!! And the weekends are impossible with Karlie home too.

I know what you mean, Janet, about not much going on. That's the way things are here but I do try to post when something does go on.
