Picture of Mirror and Tree
 

I finally did it...yesterday bought a new tree and even decorated it while I was here last night alone.
The Santa underneath belonged to my Dad's mother. She had given it to my mother and it was one of the items I wanted. Don't remember a time when it wasn't under the tree.




Here is the mirror. I don't ever remember it not hanging at Mom's. It's 4 feet long and 30 inches high.

Diana...I wish it would fit on the fireplace but it would be way to high. Rick said he'll help me get it hung up for me not to worry. Ricky told him I cried when I wasn't able to hang it the other day.

The tree is beautiful, Janet!! I love the Santa too. So vintage looking!

I see what you mean about the mirror. It's a beauty! I have one with etching that was my MIL's. It is nice of Rick to promise you that he will hang it for you.

Thank you ladies. I think I'm going to wait until after the holidays to hang the mirror. I'd like to rearrange a few things on my walls, which may require some touch up paint. So...I'll be patient.

We've figured out to to mount the mirror in the middle of the wall, but still going to wait I think until after Christmas. I'm so excited.
