ISO Mexican cornbread recipe
 

Ok ladies I've looked everywhere else so I'll give it a shot here. My mother had a recipe for Mexican cornbread. It was absolutely wonderful but she has lost it. It had no corn in it (all the recipes I've found do). It had several types of cheese & jalapenoes ...If anyone has or knows where to find this recipe, PLEASE share :D

Sorry i cant help, but i know Sheryl makes a lot of mexican food, and she is a great cook, maybe she will have the recipe, or will know where to find it. :thumbup:

I can't help either, but I do know that some look recipes up online. Maybe give that a try too.
