Gidget due in 3 weeks!!
 

My Gidget is due in 3 more weeks. This will be her first litter and we are all really excited. Both times that Emilee gave birth were such easy whelpings. She had no problems at all and was/is an excellent mother.

I'm hoping Gidget will do the same. Hoping her delivery goes smoothly and that she takes to being a mother like a pro. She is such a loving girl I think she'll make a great mother. She loves Emilee's puppies.

In another two weeks I'll take her in for x-rays and see how many puppies she may be having and if it looks like a good natural delivery. She has the cutest belly on her now.

Hopefully I've have found loving forever homes for the last two puppies by then. If not, we'll just keep loving on them until the right family comes along. They are just the cutest little things. So much more like their Daddy.

Oh wow! We get to watch this whole growing up process again! That's exciting! I hope the whelping is smooth with no complications. I'm sure your little girl will be an excellent mother. :) Can't wait to see pics!

Aw, you have a perma house full of babies! Fun fun! When do you sleep?

I am so excited for you Janet. This way when the other 2 find new homes you will have more babies. Can't wait for the pictures.

It will be a while for pictures...LOL But it will be exciting since this is her first litter. Now if I can just find suitable, loving homes for the last two.

You will find suitable, loving homes for the last 2 babies, just hang in there. Did that guy that made the unexpected appointment with you ever come back with hes GF to look at them?

New babies! What could be better? I had a toy poodle named Gidget when I was a teenager. She also had a litter - and we got to give them all to wonderful people.
