Chocolate and dogs... chart
 

Since so many of you have tiny dogs, I thought you might find this chart interesting. It shows how much chocolate can be a fatal dose based on weight.

Debbie, the group that gave me this info raise labradoodles, so they have 60+ lbs dogs... when I saw the tiny amount needed to kill a small dog I immediately thought of my yorkie loving friends. It's scary to think how quickly they can get into something like that and how little it takes!

I am going to have to warn my kids to watch what they leave laying around--or just leave for a second to get a drink.
