What Were You Thinking ??

What do you seem to think about most hours of your day? Do you find yourself obsessing over one thing impeticular or mentally multi task with a thousand thoughts a minute??

I find myself thinking about my kids mostly and my friends. There are many times throughout the day when I wish I could just turn my mind off. (wheres the switch?) :D

Thinking?

I find myself thinking about my kids off at college and how I'm going to pay for it.
Then I'm thinking about my daughter that is pregnant and how it will change her life. And I think about my daughter still at home whose 15 and I hope she doesn't make the same mistakes I did at her age.

I'm always thinking of all the things I need to get done. I get so frustrated at times. I was going to shampoo the carpet yesterday, but the boys came back from Scouts last night instead of today. So, I'll probably put that off until next weekend (they'll be gone again). So today, I really need to clean the inside and outside of my van, clean out my garage a little bit, clean up some flower beds, the list just goes on and on and on. It drives me crazy !!!!

My mind races with thoughts about a bit of everything and nothing all the time.
Like many, I have trouble turning it off to get to sleep sometimes.

I usually spend the morning thinking about work and the afternoon thinking about what we're going to have for dinner.

Luckily, I have never had a problem turning my mind off at night. I am a pretty good sleeper. (*knock on wood*) Although there are nights, probably once or twice a month, when I am anxious about something and cannot sleep.

I normally sleep pretty good too. It's falling asleep at times that I have trouble. There are times and they last about a week or more that I wake up like at 2-3 in the morning and can't go back to sleep. It is so exhausting. It's been awhile since the last time it happened, maybe 4 or 5 months ago. Then all I do is think, think, think, about everything and everybody.
