Workout Videos

Can anyone recommend some good workout videos? I really want to start getting in shape, and I really like to do workout videos. But I don't know what any good ones are. Can anyone recommend any??

I have a few videos but obviously they didn't work for me. I did enjoy the Richard Simmons ones the best though. I like to dance and they were just fun...you know the ones, Dancing to the Fifties, 60"s and there are some others he did, but I just don't know the names.:)

I have a couple but they killed me. They were just too advance for my poor shape of a useless body. :o

I might have to look into those Richard Simmon's dance videos that Janet mentioned as they sound fun. Not to mention something that I wont have a heart attack over.

I got the Tae Bo videos when they came out years and years ago. I LOVED them!!! But I lost all the videos AND I don't have a VCR anyway. So, I'm really thinking about getting the DVDs. They are different than the videos I used to do. I'm going to have to look into it.

I always used "The Firm" tapes. I was at my smallest when I used these tapes five days a week. You just have to find the ones that you like the routine on.

I know what you mean Janet about the turbo jam. LOL. they're very high energy. Now that I'm older I just don't want to work-out that hard anymore but I do want to get in better shape. I was watching Oprah & she has this Dr. Oz on regularly & he highly recommends yoga. I've never done yoga myself but I will check it out.
