 Full time job???

I am up for another one - first phone interview in 5 minutes, then my resume goes to the client. It's a 12 month full time contract. Cross your fingers for me! There's the phone!

Made it through the first one! Now they will submit my resume and I wait for word on a face-to-face interview. I had better take my suit jacket to the cleaners to be pressed - it's a big company, very high level muckety-mucks for the interview I think.

 Best of luck!

The firm called back and asked if they could submit my resume for another job at another large company. Of course, I said "Never!" Just kidding... This would be as a full-time employee of the contract firm with health insurance which we could really use. I think we would make more money in the long run if I took it as a contractor instead but I like the security of group health and some sick and annual leave. Plus, someone who presumably knows what they are doing will be processing the taxes and social security payments. I would still try to do my other contract work at night and on the weekends - don't know how but... if I have health insurance I can go to the surgeon again and maybe find out what else is wrong and maybe get it fixed so I can work more.

Hope it all works out and you get your wishes answered.

Thanks so much! It really helps to have so much support. It's scary to try to do this and it's great to feel buoyed up by so much positive energy.
