Mom saved the day!
 

I just HAD to brag on my wonderful sweet mother for a bit.

So a few days ago, Brendon and I went to Sam's Club to do the last of our Christmas shopping. We don't have a membership, but had gotten a "guest pass" that allowed us to go there and shop for one day. Well, we spent about 2 1/2 hours getting everything we needed. The store is HUGE so it takes a really long time to go through all of the aisles. We FINALLY got everything we needed and went to check out. We just couldn't wait to be OUT of there!

Well, we got to the register, the cashier rang up all of our items, and we tried to pay, only to find out that they don't accept VISA and our debit card is Visa backed. We didn't have enough cash on us for the purchase--we NEVER carry more than $20 cash and we've never had a reason to before this. We offered to write a check instead, but they refused to accept it since we used the "one day" membership card. I was so frustrated and embarrassed! I called mom, nearly in tears, to tell her what was going on, and even after a whole day of doing her own shopping, she left her house to come and pay for our stuff for us.

How sweet is that?! I am a lucky daughter, that's for sure!

Awwww you have a wonderful mom Angie, we know she has a huge heart. She is one of those mom's that stand on guard 24/7 for her kids, she is amazing, and she loves you. ;)

What a special Mom!!! She is definitely a treasure! You're very blessed with a wonderful Mom and it's always nice to tell her how much you appreciate her.

That's so true! My mom is definitely a superhero, as are many others moms here at 4wt. :)

Just doing what moms are supposed to but I am glad my daughter appreciates it.
