Survey for school project
 

Hey everyone! I am currently doing a survey as part of a huge project for school. It's about health care issues and is for adults age 18-30 living in the US. It's short and simple and probably won't take more than five minutes. If you or anyone you know would be willing to do this for me, I would really appreciate it! The more I get the better. I knew it wouldn't work for a lot of the ladies here, but I had to ask just in case. :)

The reason for the age limit is that the organization I'm working with wants to see what the younger generation thinks since usually they are healthy and don't have to worry about medical bills and such. We are hoping to reach them so that they can become advocates for change as they get older. ;)

I'm 23 years late too!!! You know I would've taken the survey for you if I was in the right age brackett.
