Pray for Zach

I don't know if you remember a while back I had you pray for a little boy named Zach, but he is needing your prayers again. He's still having trouble eating and keeping it down. He's back in the hospital and the doctor's are running some tests on him and I heard that they're checking for Krone's disease. His parents are pastors in Wyoming and they would really appreciate your prayers as well. Thanks so much!

Here's the thread from before.

Oh Diana, I do remember this story. I am so sorry to hear that he's having a hard time again. I'll definitely keep him in my thoughts and prayers (and his family too).

I hate the thought of a child suffering. I will remember this boy and his family in prayer Diana.

Poor little Zach. He has spent too much time sick for a child. I will put him in my prayers for sure.

Diana, be sure and keep us informed about this little guy..okay?

My husband heard that the doctor's are over 90% certain that it's Crohn's disease (I don't know what I was thinking when I spelled it Krones!!!) I didn't realize that vomiting is one of the symptoms of Crohn's, anxiety is another symptom. Hopefully now that they know what's causing the problem the doctor's can find out how to help him. Just knowing what it is is a real answer to prayer.

Yes it is. The diagnosis is always the hardest and to get it right. Now I need to read up on this a little bit.

My prayers go out for Zach again too.
How miserable a thing for such a young man to have!

I'm glad they finally found out what's wrong and can begin treatment. My prayers are going out to Zach for an easy treatment plan that works.

I haven't heard anymore lately but I'll keep you posted when I hear something.

Today I heard that Zach is doing a lot better. He does have Crohn's and they are giving him steriods at the moment which is helping him to have an appetite and keeping him throwing up too. The tests showed that the disease is in more areas than they hoped but they're deciding what treatment to continue with. The family wanted to thank everyone for their prayers. It was such good news.

Sending Prayers and Good Wishes for Zack, I'll pass the word to everyone I know.
Sincerely, Kathy

It runs in my family, too. He and his family have my prayers and sympathy.
