Easy brunswick stew
2 large cans chicken
1 large chopped onion 2 large cans Castleberry barbequed pork 1 large can diced tomatoes/or 3 small cans 2 cans drained whole kernel corn 1 cup vinegar based barbeque sauce (I make my own) 1 can chicken broth ( you may need another can of broth if you think it's too thick) Mix all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a gentle boil then reduce heat and cook until tomatoes disappear. Stir often!! |
