I bid on a condo!
I just got home, and I'm just so excited. I picked out the townhouse - no contest!
I put a bid in, and now we'll see what happens. |
Is it the one you posted pictures of Judy? Which ever one it is....I know you love it or you wouldn't bid on it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you girlfriend.
I hope your deal goes through with no problems Judy. I am really glad you found something you can be happy with.
That's so exciting! I hope it works out!
You made a decision on the condo!!! I can't wait to hear if you got it or not!!!
Wooooohoooooo Judy! I hope you get it and love it!
Okay - they counter bid, I'm offering a lower amount, and I suppose we'll end up splitting the difference.
My daughter says I should stick to my lower bid for a few days and see what happens. I might. |
Oh, Judy, I so hope this works out for you!!!! You are such an awesome lady and deserve to be happy!!!
Judy, if the price is fair and the place is absolutely the one you want, don't play around too long so you miss out. That would stink.
My fingers are crossed for you! |
Did you hear anything Judy?? crossing my fingers for you :goodluck::crossfingers::crossfingers:
Oh I hope it all happens for you!
Good luck to you , It will happen you will see.. :)
Good luck girl, hope you get it.

They counter offered and so did I. My broker told me their bottom line is
$3000 more than my offer. I told him to stick to my offer until tomorrow. Part of the deal includes most of the furniture, which I don't want. My daughter talked me into keeping it, and getting rid of whatever I don't want. She has a huge house, so I'll probably end up giving most of it to her. I called my broker back to tell them that they can take whatever they want, and not worry about the rest. I'll take care of it. I figured that might push them over a bit to take my offer. Here are some pictures of the view from the entrance to the community. |
Wow Judy!
I am so excited for you! I am sure you will get this condo... and have many many happy years enjoying your home. I remember how I felt when buying my home. The first elation in knowing I had found my home, the high emotions when dealing with seller, the contentment I found when I walked into my home for the first time when it was truly mine.. The total satisfaction in knowing that it was mine and I had a clean slate to paint. Get ready! The rollar coaster ride is just beginning!! |
