I'm so lucky!
 

It has been over 90 for the past 3 or 4 days, and my neighborhood, and several surrounding neighborhoods have lost their electricity. They said on TV that thousands have lost power.

My TV is still running, along with my a/c and the 2 fans I have facing me.

Being without electricity.. not to mince words... sucks.

Oh and.. you better keep your lights off, or you are gonna have a ton of company.. 'can I use your toilet?, have room in your freezer?, got ice cubes?, can I watch TV at your house?, will you cook my dinner?, can I visit for awhile till electric comes back on?, whats for dinner?, can I use your phone?, got ice???, can I pleeeze use your toilet???'

How wonderful for you Judy!!! Yay!!! It's way too hot to not have air or at least fans. I hope it gets a little cooler for you all. I don't know what it was today...didn't even step outside. Yesterday was so hot and humid too, but needed to get out.

Keep a low profile so you won't be intruded upon...lol.

Judy you are lucky girl... I didn't hear from my SIL she lives by you . I guess she has air or she would have told me yesterday when I spoke to her... Stay cool!

Nothing is worse than having your electricity go off unexpectantly in the summer. I'm so glad to hear that you're still staying cool! The heat is awful expecially when there's humidity!

I think the power is back up, but I probably would have let them all in. I always said "You should never hoard air conditioning!" I really never said that before, but it was fun to type.
