First Day at new job
 

Went very well! I had orientation fo about half of the day - and also did some "real" work. It's definately going to be a big learning curve on how they do things, but I think I'll be kept pretty busy and the work enviornment seems as though people really pitch in to help one another.
The commute isn't bad, about 25 minutes from my house - the only think I'm a little anxious about is what the driving will be like in the snow (but I don't have to worry about that for a while)

so glad you had a great 1st day! Did Jim have dinner ready when you got home?

No - we grabbed take out on the way home. Just some burgers.

The first day on a job is always the hardest. I am sure you did great!

Dobie I'm so glad your first day went so well. It probably won't take you any time at all to get into the swing of things.

I had another good day today - the more I get into the job and learn the responsibilities - the more I think that it really is going to be a good fit for me.

So glad to hear you like the new job!!!

Oh and there is no such thing as 'just a burger', I could eat a good burger darn near every night.. love'em :)

The pizza place that we grabbed them from really does make a good burger!
