I am an Animal Broker instead of a Real Estate Broker
 

My husband bought 10 acres of farm land 9 years ago. In his younger days, he was an autioneer, among many other things, (think I will write a book.) He started an animal auction on another site, and it grew so quickly, then the land sold at the auction barn. He had so many customers so he started raising more animals and buying a selling. He has horses, goats, sheep, lama's, chickens, turkeys, pigs, cows, you name it. (This started out as a hobby as he had retired.) He wants to sell the land and sell all of the animals.
He has advertised in the Tribune for years, I put them on CraigsList and his phone has not stopped ringing. So now, I am his Broker and will tell him that I want a commission.
It is so much more simple to set here and work on the computer than showing homes, walking 20 acres on a summer day to show it.:eek:
Just hope he pays me a commission.:D

I think if you let him know what he's in for IF he doesn't pay you commission, your worries are all ove....LOLOL. Sounds like a really fun life.
