Recovery

Ok Girls.,
You all know I had surgery on Oct 15. I got home on the 17. With a Catheter.
YUKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. Anyway. The next friday after I got home I got to take
the catheter out and then I went to my doctor. I was not able to go potty by myself so they showed me how to cath myself every 3 hours. It was a pain in the
you know what. I went back to the Dr yesterday still not able to go. She told me I needed to start drinking more. I'm not a big water fan.....But I am making myself do it. As of this morning I have started going by myself 50cc's at a time.
Which is a wonderful thing. I will never complain again about having to go to the bathroom. I just hope my output becomes more so that i can void it all out of my bladder. I go back to my doctor again next week. I can drive now but just to
town and back. I am still on a 5 pound weight limit for at least 3 months. So I praise God for hearing my prayers and for him hearing yours.
Thanks for reading.

That all seems like great news Linda!!! Just keep drinking that water...who knows maybe you'll develop a taste for it. I don't like our well water, so I buy Ice Mountain bottled water.

Now you get to peeing girlfriend....LOLOL

I spoke to soon. I've had a relapse. But I'm trying. Darn it...............I'd like to be able to sleep all night without having to get up. Not possible yet.

Only had to get up once last night. Glory Be to God. I am so thankful.....

You poor thing! I had to go home with a catheter after I had Jessie, for about 10 days. I had lots of company with the catheter bag in a bucket next to me because it developed a leak.

I'm praying for you!
