Our Thanksgiving
 

My mom had surgery in Aug. and just has not recovered mentally since then. So the holidays are gona be extra special this year as are every year that follows as long as she is still here with me.
These are a few pic's of my mom & me & her g-kids (my daughters) & mom's gg-kids (my g-kids).
We had a wonderful dinner at my daughters house along with my sil family.

The pictures are great Lynne. I'm glad you all had a great time today. My wish for you is that there will be many more holidays that you can share with your Mom.

Lynne you have a nice looking family and your mom looks like a sweet lady. Glad you had a nice day and like Janet mentioned may you have your mom for many more holidays to come.

I agree with Gina, you do have a nice familiy!! It's certainly time that we had a good picture of you. You're avatar has been to small to really get an idea of what you look like, so thanks for the picture of you!!!! You'll always treasure the pictures that you took with your Mom. I have pictures of my Grandpa like yours with the family all around him. I didn't get any pictures of my Dad because he refused to come to ANY family gathering because my Mom might be there (they were divorced). So the few recent pictures that I had of my Dad weren't very good ones and it's something that I regret. It looks like you had a good Thankgiving!!

We took pic's of my dad like this also at Xmas 2003 and he passed away in Jan 2004. Thank's for the reply we did have a nice Thanksgiving. I hope yours was nice also.

Hi Lynne!! I'm so glad you took pictures of you and your mom - and of course, the rest of the family. Now, I have faces to think about as we talk back and forth. I think your mom looks great! It sounds like she is doing a lot better and hopefully, will continue to improve. You know, you look a lot like your mom!!! People tell me I look like my mom too!

Gayle, we must be on the same page....lol..I was talking with Lynne today and told her she and her Mom have the same nose.

ok you guy's i've seen what happens to that nose as it gets older, trust me it's not a pretty sight. LOL

Lynne, I did NOT say anything about noses - LOL - I said you look like your mom - and that is a COMPLIMENT. Just ignore Janet :D

Now why would anyone want to ignore me????? I think their noses look alike which makes Lynne and her mother look a lot alike. Now if one of them didn't have a nose, it would be a little harder to see the resemblence don't ya think? :D

I agree mom & I do look alike, same hair (which i can fix), same eye's (brown,which is ok) BUT the nose is something i can't afford to do anything about and trust me the older it get's the worse it looks. My youngest daughter inherited mom's upper chest and none of us wanted that. I perferr to be the size i am. The one thing i wish i had inheridited of mom's was her passion to help others and her patience with the g-kids. Thanks guy's
