Where are they?
 

Steve and his partner took last week off because it would have only been a one day week. His partner couldn't make it Tuesday, and they weren't working Wednesday.

It's now 10:08 and they're not here yet. I called but the machine is on. I hope everything is okay, but I am a little peeved. I really want my house back already!

Of course, I can't say a word to them, but I can here!

So did they ever show up, Judy? Did they call and explain? So what happened?

They showed up at 10:15 or so. I just asked if everything was alright. It was. I left it at that. It might be payback for not babysitting last week, or it might not.

One of these days, they will just be finished and I can have my house back. That's really what I want. It is coming out so beautiful.

I would love if they could finish this week. I don't want to pay them for another whole week. My house fund money is running low and I still have a few more things to buy.

Whatever will be, ya know....

At least they showed up. I hope that they get things done quickly for you.

They did show up, which is good. There are people who have contractors who take their money and never come back! They also work hard and do beautiful work. Nothing is sloppy or unfinished looking.

They have one wall and the closets to paint in my room, they have to do the floor in in there too.

I think the living room is done, the downstairs bathroom, the den, the basement,
and about 90% of the electric work.

They have to paint the kitchen, put a shelf in the laundry closet, do the floor in the entrance hall, and I think that's it. I'd say another week after this should do it.

Well hopefully it will go by quickly for you so you can have your home back. I can't wait for pictures when everything is done.

I think that a week should be all that's needed especially with two guys working. I can't wait for pictures either!!! I bet that you're excited too!!

Wow, Judy, your new place was so nice to start with. Sounds like it's really going to be pretty now!!! Can't wait to see!!
