Crazy things happening/seeing ghosts
 

Most of you know that I have not had a great year and my husband has pneumonia. I have 3 other bedrooms but perfer to sleep on the sofa in the family room with Tricksie. Night before last, I opened my eyes and Rod was sitting on the barstool in the kitchen, he was not there, I shut my eyes and opened them, he was still there, but he was in the bed. I just started praying. Last night, same thing except he was walking in the room. The images were so clear.
Any ideas? Can stress do it? HELP, think I am losing it.

Donna, you poor thing!! Maybe you were dreaming the whole thing and thought you were awake...I know that's happened to me before.

I know that I was not dreaming. Got up to look at Rod was in the bed.

Hmmmmm I agree with Janet, Donna sometimes dreams are so vivid and feel so real.. Thats my thoughts to..

I had a dream that was so real like that when I was a kid. I can remember even pinching myself to make sure that I was awake. I never did figure out why the hot water heater was doing walking in front of the bathroom door with a hatchet over it's shoulder!!!! Needless to say, I didn't get up and go to the bathroom with that thing walking back and forth in front of the door. (I was sleeping on the couch at my aunt and uncle's house.) I still remember how real it was.

My cousin says it is stress, my sister says it is a sign that he will be passing soon, another friend said Rod was dreaming and had an out of body experience and it was his ghost.

I had a dream about my father once (after he had passed) and it was an up-to-date kind of dream. It was lunch time and he and his co-workers came in to eat where I was eating. We talked about things going on at that time. I remember the next day it was like losing him all over again. The dream was so real...the smells...everything.

My friend told me it was God's way of letting me visit with him. So real!!!

I hope you have a better night tonight. I know its pretty scary seeing things that you don't understand. My aunt had something like that happen when my uncle died. He told her not to worry everything would be ok.

Many people (myself included) believe that it WAS your uncle telling his wife that he was OK and she would be too. You would be amazed at the number of people who have dreams like this after the death of a loved one. It is so common........many people don't talk about it, even though they have the dreams.

Now, Donna, I don't know what to say about your experience........

A little spooky, huh? Who knows why? I believe that our energy can connect with others. Maybe he was frightened and needed you. You know you're never going to figure out why, so maybe you should just accept that it happened and who knows why.

My mother visited me in a dream quite a few years ago. She wanted me to let our issues go. She was happy and I needed to let her go.

My Dad has visited me more often in my dreams. I have never had a water heater come to see me in a dream though.

Keep in mind that I was only 5 or 6 at the time!!!! LOL

Hi I am new to WT my name is marcina. you posted that Ron was sitting on a stool, then you said he was in the bed is he dead. I have seen a ghost in my house. My kids think I am crazy. My oldest son told me one time he got up in the middle of the night and saw someone sitting on my bed. he called me, but I did not answer him so he came in the room she was still there and I was at the top of the bed sleep. he said she was looking in the mirror and did not move. he run in his bed. then another time he got up to go to the bathroom . he saw the same person sitting on the stairs he run put the covers over his head and stayed there. I have seen the same person on my bed next to me. I look at her she was looking in the mirror my bed faces the mirror.
