Vitamins

Do any of you take vitamins? I have always taken a multi-vitamin every day for years. I've been taking Centrum A-Z. The other night on "The Biggest Loser" the male trainer was handing out "One A Day" vitamins to the men and one for the women. Which do you think is best and what do you take, if any? :)

I take Centrum Performance. I've read so many things online saying that One-A-Day doesn't have the daily requirements for vitamins and that it's not worth buying.

I take vitamins by Mannatech. They're pretty expensive but I've decided that they're worth it. I have cut back on some of them that I take, but I'm staying on the Ambrotose because I fell better when I take it. This summer I was too busy and hardly took any at all. I started noticing that I was tired all of the time (my most common complaint). Well, I started taking the Ambrotose again and after a while I started feeling better. Mannatech has a whole vitamin program. Here's a link to check it out.

They are definitely too expensive for my blood!!!! I am always feeling a little tired even taking a mulitple. I know part of it is the weight, but not sure why else. I know we can't put a price on our health, but when you can't spend that much, what can ya do? :)
