How do you post a video?

I received a video in an e-mail that was so cute. I tried copying and pasting it, and it didn't work. I tried attaching it, and it was the wrong file type. It's a wmv file. Suggestions?

No, I didn't. I found the same video on YouTube. I still don't know how to insert or attach a stand alone video file. Oh, well, it worked out. Glad you enjoyed it!!!
