My computer is going back tomorrow
 

I posted about this a couple of weeks ago. My computer hard drive was replaced in August, and is acting up again. I have been on the phone with Toshiba, and followed all of their recommendations. It is still not right, although it does start up.

Toshiba agreed that I should send it back to them for repair after all. Tomorrow it goes back, so I will be on my old slow computer. At least they will fix this one. I think they should replace the hard drive again, as long as they are taking it back.

I copied whatever I could onto my flash drive, and deleted my personal stuff, again!!!

Ahhhhhhhhh that is sooo frustrating... I hope they give you a new hard drive without charging you of course.. Thank God you have the old one this way you can still commuicate with us. :)

Wouldn't it be nice if computers actually worked like they are supposed to?

Judy, I sure hope they get it right this time! I know that a slow computer is aggravating but it's better than no computer. At least you have a back up and can still be online when you want to.

Oh so sorry, Judy, that you're still having trouble with your computer. It's so fustrating, isn't it? I think that I finally have mine back to working.....thanks to a very nice Dell employee named Chad!!! I know that you've been dealing with this for more than a couple of days like I have. I hope that your computer comes back all nice and shiny.......and running so fast and easy that your fingers will hardly be able to keep up!!!!

Computers problems are a real pain in the butt!!! Hope they don't have to keep it too long.

Last time they onloy had it for a couple of days. I think I had it back in 3 days after I finally sent it in.

You are so right, Paula. I am lucky to have a second computer!
