I don't eat it, but i know most of the time they get put in bread rolls with sour crout :D

YUMMY!! Soaked in beer, onions, and spices. Pierced then grilled. Oh those sound so good right now! :D

When ya put it that way it does sound good.......and easy!:D

mmm we love them tend to grill and have with german curry sauce and chips with mayonnaise. Very fatterning but a treat.:D

We either grill them or if we prepare them inside, we put them in a skillet with about 1/2" of water and boil them, turning frequently for even cooking, let all the water boil away then sear them on all sides. Eat with Bavarian sour crout and German potato salad. I don't drink, normally, but have been known to enjoy a dark Beck beer with this meal. Usually when I'm in a German restarant, which is rare. These tastes mingled with the dark beer just go together so well. A little rye bread is a nice addition as well.
