Is her husband in the Navy? He is so handsome and they are such a good looking couple! I'm so happy to hear that they are in CA and that they "found" the RV. I can just imagine what they were thinking as they were driving around looking for it! LOL!

Thank you, Gayle. Yes, Carlton is a Navy Corpsman. He's serving as a medic with a Marine rifle squadron. He's the "doc" for 30 Marines. He's to be deployed to Southern Afghanistan the end of March/early April. I don't know if you can see it on any of his pics, but above his bars on his left sleeve is a little medical patch, the serpent around a staff.

By the way, the pink plaid converse shoe she's holding up in one of the pics are what she wore under her dress. She wanted to be comfortable. At least she wore shoes. Melissa was barefoot under her dress. Of course, Melissa was married in June, not Dec.

We are very thankful though, Dec 22nd was a very warm December day.

Thank you all for your very kind comments!!! I can't believe they are out in California. We've been texting a lot. I'm trying to leave them alone, so I don't initiate the communication, but Karen texts while Carlton is on base. We had a bit of a problem with the delivery of the RV, so we have had to discuss that some. The guy who dropped it off before they got there parked it so that one of the slides would not open fully, a utility pole was in the way, so we had to argue with the delivery service and get them to send someone to move the trailer a bit. They are doing great though, and are already making new friends.
