lentil soup or meatball soup
 

I started a thread about a new recipe I was trying today. It had lentils, wild rice, meatballs, onion, spinach, parsley, cilantro, oatmeal and vegetable broth. I said I'd post the recipe if it was good, but I didn't really like it very much. I ate a bowl and while it was bad, it wasn't something I'd fix again. Gary ate a bowl too, much to my surprise.

I'm thinking about making some chicken and wild rice soup. Hope it turns out better.

The first one sounded like it could have come out good. You think you can add a few extras or that combination just did not do it?

I just didn't like the taste of it and I'm not sure why. LOL!

Gayle if you want a lentil soup receipe I will give you mine. It is delicious it is how most italians make it. So let me know..
