We just had a dusting of snow and a friend of a friend took this picture of downtown Austin. I think it is really pretty.

Such a beautiful picture Gayle!!! We have a lot of ice/snow, but I just haven't had time to get pics taken. Maybe this weekend I can. You all don't get much snow do you? I just heard on the news that Dallas has 3 inches of snow????? Wow....what is going on?

Dallas always gets more snow that Austin. They usually have some snow every winter where Austin may go several winters without even a dusting. We had about an inch last winter, and now and inch and a half - whoo hooo! We sometimes have a winter where it doesn't even get below freezing. I don't like those so much cuz it doesn't kill many bugs. Freezing temps keep the bug population down.

Sooo pretty, I didn't see snow just ice and not much :(
