Ok....I'm feeling a LOT better. I finally got something figured out where I could download some anti-virus programs. I thought that I had one but it wasn't doing the job. If you're interested this is what I put on.....My SIL says that this is what they use at his office and it's free......

After I did a scan it showed that I had 4 files affected and it took care of them. One was a trojan so we'll see what happens.
There's a little woman in, probably......India.....that is so lucky that I held my tongue because I was very fustrated and she didn't understand OR speak english very well. I was NOT in a very good mood to deal with her!!!! I'm not ever like that but.......today......I tell you........I just about lost my Christianity!!!! LOL
