Hey Betsi! I bet Gary would love these cookies - no he doesn't need them - but hey! it is the Holiday Season!!!
He loves mincemeat pie - although I make the "mock mincemeat" (apples, oranges and spices all cooked together) for my pie.
I'm going to have to make these cookies for him!
