He jokes that he wants to beat his uncle's record (dated for 8 years before getting engaged!) but I told him I'm not going to wait that long
We both know it's what we want though. I have been getting such baby fever lately with all of my friends having children, and my brother becoming a dad to two little girls. But I want to be married before I have children, and I want to still do traveling and other fun stuff before that time too! So my hope is maybe in the next 2 or 3 years that can happen for us, but I'm leaving the ball in his court!
