In his latest number one bestseller,
Culture Warrior, Bill O'Reilly warns that America is in the midst of what he calls "a vicious culture war between two factions." He says that the war is between "traditionalists" and "secular-progressives."
Traditionalist, according to O'Reilly, believe that America is a noble nation, and that fundamentally, the founding fathers, based on Judeo Christian philosophy—not religion, but philosophy—fundamentally, America has risen to be the strongest country that civilization has ever seen. America has given opportunity to more people than anyone else in the world, and we've freed billions of people and spent blood and treasure doing it. These are called Traditionalists.
On the other hand, Secular-progressives say, "No. We're a flawed society. Deeply flawed. We need changes in every area. Social, Economic, and Foreign policy."
