I am so miserable!!!

I ate way too much..why do I do that? It's been almost 5 hours and I still feel so full!!!! Our menu consisted of:
Turkey
Spiral Honey Ham
Deviled eggs
Broccoli Salad,
Rolls
Mashed potatos
Noodles
Baked beans
Crock Pot Dressing
Green Bean Casserole
Pumpkin Pie
Chocolate Pie
Strawberry Cheesecake
and assorted cookies
I want to feel normal again!!!!!
