Good news, Diana! Judy, I'm hovering righ there with you!
I met the house inspector and was only surprised with two repairs that weren't obvious. The water heater wasn't vented to code and there's a couple of drain pipe leaks under the house. All are supposed to be $2 fixes. Jeff assures me that we can fix almost everything, so I'll be closing on Friday afternoon.
I'm so excited.
