I do have a rice bag that I can put in the microwave...but I'm wanting the swelling to go down, wouldn't cool do that better? I get so confused on what do to with pain...heat or cool. Wish I had Gayle's training and know how.
Also, I do sit in the recline with my laptop on my lap. I just sit comfortably and type. Doesn't seem to hurt, but I don't stay on it for very long. and I do stop and rest with my arms on the arm rests for awhile. I promise ladies....I won't over do it.
