Oh I forgot to mention, Scott sold his motorcycle tonight!!! We've had both up for sale for a couple of weeks. There has been a lot of interest in his, and not so much in mine. I'm sure he could have easily gotten full price for his. He was asking $5500, and one kid came out today (the first person who has looked at it) and we had a couple others lined up for later this week. The kid offered $4700, and Scott said he didn't want to go that low... he said $4900 and Scott took it. He had all the cash right in his car... I'm sure he had the full price there. Anyways, when Scott told me how much it was, I said "Only that much?" and he felt pretty bad because he thinks he screwed up
So then I felt bad too! But it's okay, any money is good money! It was for sale all of last summer and didn't sell. He bought it a few years ago for $8000 and didn't even ride it that much, so he did lose quite a bit on it. The money we did make we will put in an account to save for our next planned trip... Australia and New Zealand!!!
Anyways, now we just need to sell mine! I've already reduced the price... I guess we'll see what happens.
