Thanks Jessica...a few people have said they can tell it in my face....sure wish they could tell in my belly and butt....
I can tell, because my pants are bigger. I havenn't lost quite 20 lbs yet, but it starts showing fairly quickly in certain areas.
I did get on the scales and I'm heading back down again...yay!!! I'll get there...I'm not giving up!
