Right after the first of the year....after I eat Christmas goodies....LMAO!! I'm really gonna buckle down and take some weight off. My son is wanting to lift some weights (we have all that) so he said he would work out with me and ride bikes and well, when I'm here by myself I will try to do other exercises. I've been going through the Weight Watchers booklets and making a list of foods that have 0 or little points. I haven't given up yet, but I know it would be best to wait until sometime in January....I would totally screw it up if I started now and then feel like a failure.
