That is my issue too, the "healthy recipes". I've searched online for a few and found some that seem pretty worth tasting.
A lot for me has to "break old habits of cooking". I LOVE to fry, cover in butter or cream, add tons of cheese, etc. I've done this all my life and it's a complete turn around to learn to "enjoy" lighter less flavorable foods I guess is how I can explain it.
My goal also is 20 lbs. If I hit that then I will shoot for 5 more. But right now, I'll just keep the goal at 20 lbs.
C'mon ladies - share those healthy recipes please.
